Please read this step by step guide FIRST
 before you download your room.

These details below refer to the old .exe version, at this time please refer the new Flash version.

Your account has now been set up, you may modify your details for your room by signing into our video meeting room control panel.

If you have already downloaded this video conference program before, we recommend you un-install the conference program now. (refer www.conferencetm.com/faq.html for correct un-install procedure.)

STEP 1  

Enter your Conference ROOM settings web panel  Customer Login

ENTER YOUR USER NAME PROVIDED

ENTER YOUR PASSWORD PROVIDED

Go to ‘My Room Settings Tab’ – Enter your room name >optional room password > Description > Optional Disable Feature Selection Table 

STEP 2

Next…. Go to ‘My Room Moderators Tab’  

You need to create a moderator password for yourself or anyone else you wish to have FULL feature access to control your conference room.

This area allows you add and manage all the moderator’s applicable to your room.  

STEP 3

BEFORE DOWNLOADING / INSTALLING YOUR ROOM !!!  

We recommend your Norton's or McAfee ANTIVIRUS program be temporarily turned OFF for best download. In some cases these anti virus programs can corrupt the client file during download, remember to turn the anti-virus software back on immediately after. 

Corporations with strong firewall's may need to enable firewall ports 32768 + 32769

Ensure your Messenger program / TV Tuner is not running to avoid Video Card / Web cam driver conflict.  

Check your headset and web cam are correctly connected.

ATTENTION WINDOWS VISTA OS USERS

"User Account Controls" (UAC) policies in Windows Vista by default runs programs with reduced privileges. This is true even when your "User" is set as, and logged on as, Administrator.  

Temporarily turn "User Account Control" off: Control panel | User accounts

Install the conference program making sure Norton’s or McAfee antivirus is disabled and then turn "User Account Control" back on.  

STEP 4

Next…Go to ‘My Account Details Tab’ Scroll down to ‘My Personal Rooms’

Point your mouse over ‘Download’
Right click or copy room link to your web browser.

 

 

A window will open asking you to "RUN" or "SAVE" the program. If you wish to keep the conference room to access again later select SAVE 

Once you have SAVED the Client Room File, you will want to click on “RUN” to start / open the program.  

A box will pop up that may say "Security Warning" (Are you sure you want to run the program? – then press “RUN” again).  

If this is the FIRST time you have been here a box will pop up asking you to ACCEPT THE TERMS, click the box "I ACCEPT", then click on “INSTALL” and the software will install. (This may take up to a minute depending on your connection speed.)  

If you have a firewall (for example Norton asks to block or permit be sure to Select “Permit or Allow”)

Once the client file software is installed, you will be prompted with a login “Log into the conference room box” 

Fill in your first and last name, TICK THE BOX IF WANT FULL FEATURE ACCESS, add YOUR MODERATOR PASSWORD .> Click (OK)  

Your Video Meeting Conference room Will Now opening. 

STEP 5

To Activate The ROOM DOORBELL - With your conference room open : Select : FILE > OPTIONS>SOUNDS> ENABLE sounds check box  

Do you have more than ONE room? To operate all rooms on your pc you will need to Select File> Options > General > Check allow multi rooms box.  

Next.. Select TEXT > OPTIONS > select the check boxes as desired. It's a good idea to CHECK Sign in - Out box  

Finally, check your web cam and headset are connected correctly.  

Your 're Ready To Start Conferencing..................

Go to "My Personal Rooms" Section On My Account Details Simply right-click the target rooms' DOWNLOAD and Copy Shortcut... or Copy Link Location..  

Paste this URL link to your Explorer / Fire fox web browser to activate the video meeting install process.

OR Paste your room URL link inside an email to email contacts

OR Place a Video Meeting Room Button On Your Web site And Simply Point This To Your URL Room Link 

When making setting changes to your room, make sure everybody is logged out of the room, otherwise updates WILL NOT SAVE if anyone is logged in your room.  

 

EMERGENCY PAGER

CAUTION - WARNING

The EMERGENCY PAGER (EP.) service is strictly for use when your ROOM/S are DOWN and ONLY when NOBODY can access the room !!  

Activation will alert a technician to re-boot the room server should there be a server fault, please allow 10 minutes for the room to re-set.  

Be sure your internet connection did not suffer a temporary drop-out first!
